Casa Ilaria is a new apartment located in a quiet area with little traffic in Alghero.
It is located a stone's throw from the alghero-bosa road towards the Speranza beach. Public transport stops are within walking distance and it is still possible to reach the city center on foot.
The apartment is new with a large livable veranda and ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing dinners.
In addition to the veranda, there is a large room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower and window.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.. City Tax: € 0,50 from age of 12
