The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1990, was renovated in 2003 and is furnished in a rustic, functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Sun terrace

Medulin. The holiday apartement is located on a 2400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,4 m).
