The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Apartment KVA LOS 311 (4 people) and KVA LOS 312 (3 people) are in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
