This detached villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child up to the age of 4. The living room with underfloor heating is reached through the hallway that has a separate toilet. There is a TV with streaming function in the seating area. You have access to the water deck through the sliding doors. The open kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee capsule machine, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle. There is also an indoor storage room with a washer dryer. This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor has 2 single beds each. These bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is another bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The water deck is partly covered and partly floats above the water. There is patio furniture available, so you can enjoy the view. You can use the free Wi-Fi. The villa is sustainably developed, completely gas-free and has solar panels and a heat pump system.

Good to know: The television has streaming functions. So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen. You use your own accounts to do that. Furthermore, it is nice to know this villa has a safe.

The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
