Air-conditioned 30 m² studio on the 3rd floor with lift, sleeps 2, with entrance, living room with well-equipped kitchenette, shower room/WC.
Recently renovated, in immaculate condition.
Secure building entrance. Ideally located in the heart of the seaside resort of Les Sablettes, with uninterrupted views over the canopy of Fernand Braudel Park overlooking the Mediterranean. The sandy beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Several car parks at the foot of the building. The quay for the boat-bus to Toulon is at the foot of the building: you can walk to Toulon station.
Bedding
-Completely new convertible sofa bed, top premium quality; sleeps 140 190; 17 cm thick mattress with slatted base; special attention will be paid to the mattress before the deposit is returned. Pillows and duvet provided.

- Hotplate, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, cupboards.
- Brand new reversible air conditioning (hot/cold),
