This first-floor apartment offers a comfortable stay with a balcony that provides scenic views of Niedersfeld. The living room includes a cozy seating area with two sofas, a chair, a coffee table, and a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The kitchen is enclosed and comes fully equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom features a double box-spring bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. A cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair are available for families with young children.

The bathroom includes a spacious shower with a glass screen, a toilet, and a washbasin with a mirrored cabinet. A private parking space for one car is also provided.

In the warmer months, Hillebachsee is perfect for water activities such as swimming, water skiing, and surfing.
For those seeking extra thrills, the bobsleigh track in Winterberg is only 9 km away, and the iconic Kahler Asten mountain is just a 12 km drive from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is located 8 km away. Niedersfeld is well-loved by travelers who enjoy mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and outdoor exploration.
Shops in Winterberg’s center are only a 10-minute drive away, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house that makes it easy to reach the local center of Niedersfeld. Pets: A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.Swimming Pools: Some accommodations offer access to a (communal) swimming pool, or a pool may be available nearby. However, due to energy-saving measures in Germany, swimming pools are currently not heated until further notice. Saunas, where available, remain operational as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.Deposit: A €100 deposit is required via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you before your stay and completed at check-in. This form authorizes us to charge up to €100 in case of damages.
