Located in the heart of Viareggio, it is only 300 meters from the sea, 200 meters from the center, 150 meters from the west pine forest, 800 meters from the Viareggio train station, 100 meters from the supermarket and is close to all services, reachable on foot or by bicycle.
A ground floor, independent, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 70 m² property has well-organized interior spaces consisting of a bright veranda for relaxing evenings, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and washing machine. A high chair is also available.
Nearby attractions and amenities include Lucca and Pisa, both just a 20-minute drive away, and a little farther away are all the other cities of Tuscany, the towns of nearby Lunigiana, Garfagnana, and the Tyrrhenian coast, ideal for year-round stays.
Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not permitted.
The property has an entrance where a motorcycle or bicycles can be parked.This property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste. Additional information is provided on site.
