Description of the area

The apartment is located in the Bande Nere neighborhood, in the southwestern part of Milan. The neighborhood takes its name from the main road that runs through it, via dei Bande Nere, which in turn derives from the name of the Bande Nere family, an ancient Italian aristocratic family. The area is characterized by a combination of residences, businesses and green areas.

In fact, Bande Nere is home to a variety of homes, including apartment buildings, private homes and some villas. Many of these structures were built during the 1970s and 1980s, and the architecture reflects the style of that period.
