This inviting space is perfect for those seeking a blend of beachside relaxation and vibrant city life.

Our prime location offers easy access to:
Miami Beach Boardwalk (0.5 miles): A scenic path along the oceanfront.
Collins Avenue Shopping Area (1.5 miles): A shopper's paradise with various stores and boutiques.
South Beach (4.5 miles): Famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful Art Deco architecture.
Lincoln Road Mall (5 miles): An open-air pedestrian mall known for its unique shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Convenient nearby parking lots are available.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be left at the door; no front desk or doorman service exists.
★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

We've prepared fresh linens, towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, and pantry basics for your needs.

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
Concierge services are available for additional local experiences. These services are independent of the property owner.

Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we're nearby and happy to help.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950's and is nested between Ocean Terrace and the beach. You have water very close by which is special.
In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops.
You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk, play volleyball across the street at the beach courts, rent citi bikes nearby, spend the day on the sand or catch sunsets with a glass of wine.
Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, uber is recomended. There are public parking lots nearby if you have a car and need to park.
