How can I contact my guest?
To contact your guest, go to the "Bookings'' section and click on the guest's name. You will find all of the reservation details. Please keep in mind that Booking.com and Airbnb bookings do not always provide the email address, in these cases please CALL the guest or send them a WHATSAPP. Be sure to add the correct country code, we encourage you to have direct contact with the guest since you will be taking care of the check-in and check-out.
My guest is due to arrive soon and I can’t reach them
For all channels, you can find the guest’s contact details in the booking details in your Holidu account.For bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com:Those channels do not share the guest’s personal email address with us unless the guest already filled out the arrival form. We always provide you with the phone / Whatsapp number of the guests. All guests receive an arrival form from us, immediately after booking in order to fill out their contact information and check-in details. Guests tend to fill it out rather at the last minute when they’re more certain of their arrival time. If they do not do it, they receive a reminder email from us 7 days prior to check-in. If you cannot reach the guest via phone / Whatsapp and you don’t have their email address, please contact us.
If I reply to the email from Holidu stating my guest provided information will my guest receive it?
When you reply to an automatic Holidu email your guest will not receive that information, please contact your guest directly.
