You don’t want new arrivals every other day and have to deal with check-ins, checkouts and cleaning the same way you would have to for a longer stay. This is why you defined minimum stays. However, you have the option to allow shorter stays - for the same price of your minimum stay. Let's say you defined a 4-night minimum stay for an overall price of 400 € - if you activate this option, a guest can book your rental for one or two nights, but they would still pay 400 €. So if someone really wants to stay at your place for a short period of time you can allow it at a more attractive rate per night.
